The DSEA108 CAN J1939 Digital Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) provides an outstanding range of features to enhance customer applications. The product regulates the output voltage of an AC alternator and is supplied by a stator auxiliary winding or a shunt system taking power from the output windings.
The product provides higher levels of stability compared to analogue designs by maintaining a smooth, stable and regulated AC output voltage that is unaffected by the connected electrical load. The onboard CAN port allows J1939 integration with third party equipment.
Please Note: The DSE815 interface is required for programming.

Auxiliary / Shunt Powered Digital AVR
The DSEA106 Digital Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) is designed to regulate the output voltage of an AC alternator. The DSEA106 is supplied by either a stator auxiliary winding or a shunt system taking the power from the output windings.
The DSE 7450 is a control module designed to control DC/Hybrid generators in supplying both a load and/or the charging of batteries.
Specific attention has been given to ensure this module has the necessary features to be configured for many different and challenging applications. Owing to the large number of monitoring points and the built in programmable logic controller, a wide number of operating modes can be realised. This provides the user with the ultimate flexibility in the engine control of the generator to ensure battery life optimisation, reduce engine maintenance/replacement and fuel usage.
